Silvercrest Modular Homes Suck!
I bought a new house from Silvercrest. They came out to do warranty repairs after it was installed.
They did *** repairs and I fought with them about fixing things right for a year. After the year they said my warranty was up and I was *** out of luck.
They have 2 guys in there warranty department. There only job is to stall and to tell you to take a hike.

My Silvercrest home was purchased 1 year ago. It was slapped into this tiny space with no care.
No rain gutters, no drainage on the roof, had to install a $900 awning as rain was coming into the front door and flooding our living room. Doors are not weather proof! The so called special window do not keep noise out at all. One of the steps on the front porch is uneven with the steps on the back porch.
We moved in and had to have the washing machine repaired as water was *** in behind our stove. It tuns out their shoddy installation team (the plumber showed me) just patched up a pipe with plaster in the wall behind our stove. Dangerous! No water or ice was hooked up from our fridge.
Heater did not go on. No hot water in the kitchen or bathroom RUN!
